52 in 2013 - #6 Theme of the Week: Containers

Dan and I have "date night" once a week. Usually it's on Thursday evening, but this week we had to move it to Friday. We went to Sakura, a Japanese hibachi-style restaurant. This little pottery pot and cup were charming CONTAINERS for the green tea. (And now I am caught up with the calendar, after my late start at posting one photo per week.)

Is the darkness due to the Romantic Ambiance. What I see is gorgeous.

Yes, it was dark, romantic and moody in the restaurant until the chef came to our table and turned some spotlights on to light up his grill. It was our first time to eat here. Although we've been to few other hibachi grills, in the past, this one might have been our favorite. Really nice restaurant for a little town like Temple, Texas. Thanks for your comments.

It is dark and cozy and a lovely photo. Was your husband present when you took the photo... or did you wait for him to leave the table?
